Dr. Lewis Fung graduated from the University of Sydney in 1985 and completed his intership at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. He went onto undertake specialist training in Nephrology at Royal North Shore Hospital and Kwong Wah Hospital. Following his training, he served as Senior Medical Officer in Kwong Wah Hospital before transitioning to private practice in 1996.
Throughout his career, Dr. Fung has been committed to advancing patient care and contributing to the medical community. He has served on the Council of the Doctors’ Association at both Caritas Medical Centre and Kwong Wah Hospital, and participated in multiple task forces at Kwong Wah Hospital. He was elected Chairman of the Doctors’ Advisory Committee at Canossa Hospital, serving from 2021 to 2024.
Dr. Fung currently practises as a private nephrology specialist in Central and holds an appointment as Honorary Consultant in Nephrology at Canossa Hospital.
